When I bought a used machine off of Facebook Marketplace from someone that claimed to be a dealer, (Apollo Beach FL), I was really excited. I have collected pinball machines for years and wanted to try a visual pinball. The attraction of so many tables on one machine seemed fantastic. When I got the machine home this is where the nightmare began. The machine was a mess and the dealer did not know anything he claimed to know. Half of the tables on the unit did not work but I wanted to keep the setup because it contained thousands of MAME games built in. I went on the internet and spent many hours trying to figure it out. I spoke to several people that claimed to be “experts” and I seemed to know more than they did.

I contacted Tim and after speaking with him I could tell he knew what he was doing. Tim was able to merge his table pack drive with the existing one, which was no easy task. The software on the two drives conflicted but after countless efforts he was able to make this one bad ass machine. This guy is truly amazing with this stuff!!

Mark helped me find a PC for adding Pinup Popper to my cabinet and the other accessories needed. He even went on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace himself and found me the right machine at a killer price $450!! I could not believe that he spent his own time researching this for me along with the hundred text messages back and forth making sure the seller was legit. Mark made the process more than easy. Being a lover of Pinball I decided to make my own 2 screen cabinet. I have a CNC machine at my house and this stuff is pretty easy for me. I added exciters and solenoids that required installation of DOF and DOFLinx but just didn't have the time to download hundreds of tables as I am always at work so I decided to give Tim and his Table Packs a try. 

Within 2 hours of his remote in installation I was up running tables, pup packs and DOF worked flawlessly. I continued to have questions in the next few weeks and Tim was prompt to reply via text and hopped on my machine to quickly resolve my issues. To hell with watching hours of You-Tube tutorials, I had Tim!

I had purchased an At Games cabinet but I wasn't happy with the horrible choice of tables that it came with. After two weeks of play I was done and needed a serious upgrade. I found VP Guru on You-Tube with some videos he posted and decided to contact him. I had no clue what I was doing or even where to start. Mark helped me purchased the few accessories needed to play Visual and Future Pinball on my ALP. I already had a compatible old PC that would work so from there it was about letting these guys go to work. 

Mark set up his drive after an afternoon of educating me on the software and how it works and more importantly how to obtain tables in the future. His service and Table Pack just worked! There wasn't any tables that didn't work like other products out there and I can play each game with confidence. I am such an advocate of his service that I have been a reference for many of his future customers.

So I picked up a used VP Cabs machine off of Facebook Market Place and it was essentially just a shell. I had the cabinet and screens and that was it. I contacted Tim over at VisualPinball.net and thank god I did.

I already had a PC that met the processor specs but the video card was not strong enough. He helped me locate a single fan 1050ti as the PC case I had was small and then we found a button kit that would work because without the original drive and encoders for the existing controller set up they needed to be replaced.  After the drive was installed  it came down to the button installations and I was in business! Thanks again guys!!

I had been eyeballing an ALP machine for sometime but was weary about the tech behind it and if I could add a PC for VPX tables myself. I found an ad for Mark and his virtual pinball services and gave him a call before I purchased my machine. After a few conversations I felt comfortable buying a cabinet ONLY because he was going to help me throughout the entire process. Mark was the deciding factor.
